WHAT?!?!?! If there weren't so many interruptions, the massages would have been great however the interruptions were so distracting! I've NEVER had someone bring the business phone in the room and answer calls during a spa service.
That was followed by the other practitioner actually answering multiple business phone calls right in the room, in the middle of my sister-in-law's massage. Knowing we had both turned our phones off, I realized the person massaging me had their cell phone in their pocket on vibrate. Luckily that subsided quickly, however a few minutes later, I could hear a phone vibrating. Less than 5 minutes into our massages, engines began revving from the garage behind the building. The place was clean and nice and had the perfect room set up for us to receive our massages together.
When we arrived, we were surprised to find the business in a plaza directly in front of a Kawasaki garage, but proceeded to our appointments. We were very excited to take some time away from our little ones to relax. My sister-in-law and I both received gift certificates for a massage as Christmas gifts from our husbands so that we could have a girls' day.
